Once your order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for payment processing (excluding weekends and national holidays). Orders are processed in the order they are received, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Some of our items are made to order at our headquarters; therefore, we must ensure all payments are successfully processed before fulfillment.

Payment processing time is separate from the shipping timeline.

Once processing is complete, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that tracking updates will appear only after the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) has received and scanned the package.

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping provider. For updates or concerns regarding delivery status, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email or text.
